Design of Wireless Testing Device for Combustion Chamber Vibration Signal Based on FPGA and LoRa
Combustion instability can cause large mechanical vibrations, which seriously affects the normal operation of the engine. In order to meet the new test needs, the problems of insufficient flexibility and poor reliability of traditional combustion chamber test devices were addressed.A wireless test device for combustion chamber vibration signal based on FPGA and LoRa was designed, with FPGA as the main control unit, the vibration sensor data collected by the front-end high-speed AD was stored in Flash, and the remote control and data processing were carried out on the PC side through LoRa technology and combined with the high-speed operation of Ethernet. The test shows that the device can reliably test the vibration signal of the combustion cham-ber to be tested within an open distance of at least 500 m,with stable operation and strong real-time performance.
