为了满足现代工业非接触、高精度以及快速对大尺寸工件表面高度测量的需求,设计了一种基于多线激光的水冷板高度测量系统,该系统由运动控制、图像采集和图像处理 3 部分组成.首先对系统的硬件进行了选型;其次,根据线激光获取的点云数据,提出了水冷板高度测量方法;为了减少干扰点云的影响,采用高斯滤波对模板匹配后的点云去噪,并基于统计的方法筛选参与高度计算的点云数据.实验数据表明:系统重复测量误差小于30 μm,测量时间少于1 min,满足企业生产需求.
Large-size Water-cooled Plate Height Measurement System Based on Multi-line Laser
In order to meet the needs of modern industrial non-contact,high precision and fast surface height measurement of large workpieces,a water-cooled plate height measurement system based on multi-line laser was designed,which consisted of three parts:motion control,image acquisition and image processing.Firstly,the hardware of the system was selected.Secondly,accord-ing to the point cloud data obtained by the line laser,a water-cooled plate height measurement method was proposed.In order to reduce the influence of interfering point clouds,Gaussian filters were used to denoise the point cloud after template matching,and the point cloud data participating in the height calculation were screened based on statistical methods.The experimental data show that the accuracy of the repeated measurement error of the system is less than 30 μm,and the measurement time is less than 1 mi-nute,which meets the production needs of enterprises.
