Research on Online Detection Method for Conduction Oil Leakage of Photothermal Power Generation
In response to the demand for leakage detection indicators of conduction oil in photothermal power generation,an innovative leakage detection method for conduction oil in photothermal power generation was proposed based on MOS gas sensor technology, and its feasibility was verified through design experiments.Using MOS gas sensors, based on the gas changing the e-lectron concentration on the metal oxide layer, using AD to collect signals,a mathematical model for thermal oil detection was es-tablished.For the nonlinear and non-stationary characteristics of the collected data, three denoising algorithms including wavelet transform, fast Fourier and Hilbert, were used to denoise the output signal of the MOS sensor. The experimental results show that the response time of this detection method is 8 seconds to reach a stable measurement value. The detection limit is less than 20 ppm,and the system has good stability and high measurement accuracy, meeting the design requirements.
