Design of ECT Multiphase Flow Measurement System Based on PCNN Image Fusion
In order to solve the problems of low imaging quality, low accuracy and poor stability in the process of multiphase flow measurement of ECT,a ECT multiphase flow measurement system based on PCNN image fusion was proposed and implemen-ted.The system adopted modular design, mainly including array electrode sensor module, capacitance acquisition circuit module, and host computer imaging software module. In this paper,an improved network model was designed to use the imaging results of Tikhonov and Landweber algorithms as input for dual-channel fusion imaging, which improved the artifacts and ambiguity of traditional algorithms. The experimental results show that the system is tested by using nylon rod to simulate gas-solid two-phase flow, and the system has good stability and accuracy for the measurement of micro capacitance, and the position of different media in the pipeline can be accurately distinguished through the imaging results of the system, and the success rate of prediction for flow pattern is 100%,and the measurement error of phase content is within 1%.
