摘要
针对当下工业生产领域愈来愈繁复的电缆网与系统阻值的测试需求以及国内绝缘测试技术发展不够充分的现状,基于型号为HWD2V1000国产FPGA,提出了智能多路绝缘测试平台的国产化设计.绝缘测试平台具有静态、导通、绝缘3种测试模式,分别采用开尔文测试法和二线法,该绝缘测试平台全自动化、智能化,测试效率相较传统测试方法显著提升;能够对可拓展的多通道(>200点)中的任意测点设置3种阻值测试模式,测试阻值范围能覆盖至0.01~100 MΩ,测试误差在10%以内;全国产化设计,不依赖国外器件或模块,技术完全自主可控.
Abstract
In response to the increasingly complex testing requirements for cable networks and system resistance in the cur-rent industrial production field,and the current situation of insufficient development of insulation testing technology in China.Based on the domestic FPGA model HWD2V1000,a domestically designed intelligent multi-channel insulation testing platform was proposed.The insulation testing platform had three testing modes:static,conduction and insulation,using Kelvin testing meth-od and two wire method respectively.The insulation testing platform was fully automated and intelligent,and the testing efficiency was significantly improved compared to traditional testing methods.The platform was capable of setting three resistance testing modes for any measurement point in scalable multi-channel(>200 points),with a testing resistance range of 0.01~100 M Ω and a testing error of within 10%.National production design,without relying on foreign devices or modules,has completely independ-ent and controllable technology.
