Design of Penicillin Crystallization and Fermentation Detection System Based on AMP Architecture
At present,in the industrial production of penicillin,manual detection is the main way to detect the crystal state of penicillin and the height of fermentation liquid.This method has high cost,low automation level and is easy to cause misjudg-ment,which has a great impact on the production and quality of penicillin.In view of this situation,a penicillin crystal state and fermentation liquid height detection system based on AMP architecture was designed.The system used ZYNQ-7000 as a reconfigurable embedded platform.In the PL part,Vivado HLS tool was used to realize the IP core design of image preprocessing algorithm for crystal state and fermentation liquid height detection,and the hardware platform of the reconfigurable visual sensing system was built.The dual-core AMP(asymmetric multiprocessing)operation mode was adopted in the PS part.The crystal state detection,fermentation liquid height detection algorithm and Ethernet video transmission,image storage function were processed in parallel.The experimental results show that the system supports the switch of two detection modes,which can realize the accurate detection of penicillin crystallization state and fermentation liquid height in industrial production and real-time transmission of video data.
