摘要
为了实现指针式仪表的精确自动读数,提出了一种基于机器视觉的指针式仪表自动读数方法.针对仪表展开图像中可能存在的部分刻度不可见和刻度间隔非等距的问题,构建了刻度线缺失下的插补方法和非等距情况下的指针读数计算模型.插补方法利用刻度间距的统计信息,实现了位置的自动插补.指针读数计算模型采用二次样条函数提高计算的精度.实验结果表明:该方法能够有效地减小读数误差,更好地满足指针式仪表的自动读数要求.
Abstract
In order to read pointer instruments accurately and automatically,a machine vision based automatic reading method for pointer instruments was proposed.In response to the possible issues of partially invisible scales and non-equal intervals in the unfolded image,an interpolation method for missing scale lines and a pointer reading calculation model for non-equal intervals were constructed.The interpolation model utilized the statistical information of scale spacing to achieve automatic interpolation of positions.The pointer reading calculation model utilized a quadratic spline function to improve the calculation accuracy.The ex-perimental results show that this method can effectively reduce reading errors and better meet the automatic reading requirements of pointer instruments.
