基于FPGA的滚动轴承油液屑末检测系统

润滑油液中的金属屑末可反映滚动轴承的当前磨损情况,针对油液中的金属屑末检测系统实时性差、检测率低的问题,文中设计了一种基于FPGA的滚动轴承油液金属屑末检测系统.系统通过分析新型四线圈电感式传感器的实现原理,设计了四线圈电感式传感器、调理电路、激励信号源和数字信号处理采集系统.通过不同性质的屑末实验,得到 300 μm的铁屑末通过时传感器产生的感应电压幅值差为0.665 V,400 μm的铜屑末通过传感器时产生的感应电压幅值差为0.445 V.结果表明:系统具有检测实时性好、灵敏度高的特点,对滚动轴承中的油液质量和故障评估有重要意义.
Oil Debris Detection System for Rolling Bearing Based on FPGA
The metal debris in lubricating oil can reflect the current wear situation of rolling bearings.Aiming at the problem of poor real-time performance and low detection rate of metal debris system in oil,this paper designed a metal debris detection system for rolling bearing oil based on FPGA.By analyzing the realization principle of the new four-coil inductive sensor,the four-coil inductive sensor,conditioning circuit,excitation signal source and digital signal processing acquisition system were designed.Through the experiments of different kinds of chips,it was found that the amplitude difference of the induced voltage generated by the sensor was 0.665 V when the 300 μm iron chip passed through the sensor,and the amplitude difference of the induced volt-age generated when the 400 μm copper chip passed through the sensor is 0.445 V.The results show that the system has the char-acteristics of good real-time detection and high sensitivity,which is of great significance for oil quality and fault evaluation in roll-ing bearings.
