Design and Implementation of Hexahedral Visual Image Recording System Based on Virtual Instruments
In order to solve the problem of image data information management and quality traceability in product assembly process,a hexahedral visual image recording system based on virtual instrument was proposed.Image processing technology was used for data collection and information binding of product visual images.Firstly,a quadrilateral image detection system was de-signed,which can acquire the image of the opposite side by rotating 180°.Secondly,a set of practical and applied visual platform was developed to realize the real-time acquisition of hexahedral image.Finally,a LabVIEW producer/consumer design mode was adopted,and the image data acquisition and visual system control were respectively performed in two cycles,and the two cycles were connected by means of a queue to realize an effective combination of each cycle.It is verified by experiments that the de-signed system has good stability and high efficiency,and the recording time of hexahedral visual images of a product is only 12 seconds,which has good practicability.
