Design of Ultra-low Power Consumption Measurement System for Temperature Field Inside Concrete
The main reason for the cracking of concrete is the uneven shrinkage and expansion of various parts caused by the temperature stress caused by hydration in engineering. In this paper,a multi-channel ultra-low power measurement data fusion method of spatial temperature field was proposed.A system composed of three-wire Pt100,external constant voltage source,multi-channel switching circuit and 24-bit △-∑ADC was used to measure the temperature field in the internal space of concrete. The temperature field temperature was processed by data fusion filtering combined with Bayes theory and Kalman filter, narrowband Internet of Things module was introduced and ultra-low power design method was combined. While ensuring networking, the standby power consumption was greatly reduced. The experimental results show that the temperature measurement accuracy rea-ches 0.03℃,which solves the problem of the internal resistance of the lead and chip. The standby power consumption current is reduced to 139.13 μA,and the fusion filtering of the data can more accurately reflect the internal temperature field temperature of the concrete.
