Research on Double-coil Abrasive Particle Detection Technology Based on Self-excited Oscillation Principle
In order to meet the needs of practical industrial applications,a dual-coil abrasive particle detection technology was proposed based on LC self-excited oscillation.Firstly, the equivalent circuit model was established, and then the concept of magnetic field uniformity coefficient was introduced, and the magnetic field distribution in the pipe domain and the output response of metal particles passing through the coil were studied by using the COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software. Finally, the sensor was made and tested. The results show that the magnetic field uniformity coefficient of the sensor in the pipeline do-main is more than 0.91,and the abrasive grain information can be obtained by detecting the changes of voltage and frequency. The research results provide a new idea for the research and development of inductive wear sensors.
