铝电解阳极压降采集传输系统设计与实现

为了实现在铝电解现场高温、高腐蚀、强电磁环境下,长时间稳定准确监控铝电解槽阳极压降变化,设计一种阳极压降采集传输系统.系统以STM32 微处理器为核心,控制多路通道采集模块实时采集阳极压降信号,利用高精度模数转换模块将模拟阳极压降信号转换成数字信号,并通过以太网通信模块传输至监控服务器;最后安装在实际现场进行测试实验,实验结果证明系统监测的阳极压降信号相对误差小于2%,且能够长时间稳定运行.
Design and Implementation of Anode Voltage Drop Acquisition and Transmission System for Aluminum Electrolysis
In order to monitor the change of anode voltage drop stably and accurately for a long time in the high temperature,high corrosion and strong electromagnetic environment of aluminum electrolysis site,an anode voltage drop acquisition and trans-mission system was designed.The system used STM32 microprocessor as the core,controlled the multi-channel acquisition module to collect the anode voltage drop signal in real time,and used the high-precision analog to digital conversion module to convert the analog anode voltage drop signal into digital signal,and transmitted it to the monitoring server through the Ethernet communication module.Finally,the system was installed in the actual field for testing.The experimental results show that the error of the anode voltage drop signal monitored by the system is less than 2%,and it can run stably for a long time.
