乙烯裂解炉管的渗碳测量对于保障炉管运行的安全具有十分重要的意义.首先基于仿真模型计算并得到了渗碳炉管上方线圈阻抗随渗碳层厚度变化的曲线,在此基础上研究了线圈激励频率对渗碳测量的影响.然后通过实验验证了仿真模型的有效性,并提出炉管渗碳测量方法.最后将实验结果反演渗碳层厚度,验证了该测量方法的有效性,其最大误差为0.42 mm.
Quantitative Measurement of Carburization Layer Thickness in Furnace Tubes Using Impedance Analysis of Eddy Current Sensors
The carburization measurement of the ethylene cracking furnace tube is of great significance to ensure the safety of tube operations.Firstly,the change of coil impedance with the thickness of the carburized layer was obtained based on the simula-tion model,the influence of the excitation frequency on the carburization measurement on the basis of the simulation model was studied.Then the validity of the simulation model was verified through experiments,and the carburization measurement method of the furnace tube was proposed.Finally,the carburized layer thickness was estimated by the proposed method,the validity of the measurement method was verified,the results show the maximum error is 0.42 mm.
