为满足车内各类驱动设备数量剧增以及车载网络对高可靠性的需求,基于ZYNQ设计了一种多接口协议转换器.转换器与底层设备之间采用星型连接,以ZYNQ芯片为核心,搭建以太网以及CAN通信接口电路;基于FPGA使用Verilog HDL语言设计了以太网和TTCAN 软核,基于ARM设计了以太网与多路TTCAN的数据转换程序,基于BRAM传输机制实现了ARM与FPGA之间的数据交互.实验表明:该协议转换器能够实现以太网与多路TTCAN之间的协议转换,实现TTCAN的时间触发功能,提高了通信的实时性.采用星型TTCAN连接代替总线架构,提高了通信可靠性,对车载网络发展具有意义.
Design and Implementation of Multi-interface Protocol Converter Based on ZYNQ
To meet the dramatic increase in the number of various types of drive devices in the car and the demand for high reliability of the in-vehicle network,a multi-interface protocol converter was designed based on ZYNQ.A star connection was used between the converter and the underlying devices,and the Ethernet and CAN communication interface circuits were constructed with the ZYNQ chip as the core.The Ethernet and TTCAN soft cores were designed based on the FPGA using the Verilog HDL language,and the data conversion program between Ethernet and multiple TTCAN was designed based on the ARM.Data interac-tions between the ARM and the FPGA were realized based on the BRAM transmission mechanism.Experiments show that the pro-tocol converter can recognize the protocol conversion between Ethernet and multiple TTCAN,the time-triggered function of TTCAN was realized,and real-time communication was improved.The use of a star TTCAN connection instead of bus architecture improves communication reliability,which is of significance for the development of an in-vehicle network.
