磨削作为轴承套圈加工过程中的关键一步,提高其效率和安全性是要解决的重要问题.针对此问题,设计了一套基于STM32 的轴承套圈外圆磨削实时监测系统,主要由STM32 控制器、数据采集模块、电源模块、界面显示模块和数据存储模块组成.该监测系统通过STM32 控制器的ADC模块完成对声发射信号的采集,并实时计算声发射信号的均方根值(RMS),根据磨削过程中砂轮与工件接触前后的RMS值差异来判断是否接触,并反馈给数控系统,实现消空程和防碰撞的功能.试验结果表明:该系统判断结果准确、响应速度为3 ms、可缩短1~1.5 s的磨削加工时间,具有较高的应用价值.
Research on Real-time Monitoring System for Bearing Rings Grinding
Grinding is a critical procedure in the machining process,and enhancing its efficacy and safety is a crucial con-cern that requires attention.To solve this problem,a real-time monitoring system based on STM32 was designed for the external grinding process of bearing rings,which mainly consisted of STM32 main controller,data acquisition module,power supply module,interface display module and data storage module.The monitoring system implemented real-time acquisition of acoustic e-mission signals through the ADC module of the STM32 control chip,calculated the root mean square(RMS)value of the acoustic emission signals,determined whether there was contact or not based on the difference between the RMS values before and after contact between the grinding wheel and the workpiece during the grinding process,and was feeded back to the numerical control system to implement the elimination idle process and collision prevention functions.The test results indicate that the system's judgement is accurate and has a response speed of 3 ms.This can reduce the grinding processing time by 1~1.5 s,making it highly valuable for applications.
