转盘式船型开关自动装配控制系统的设计与实现

针对某船型开关传统的人工装配模式效率低、产品质量依赖个人经验等问题,通过研究船型开关的形状结构和装配特征,基于分割器多工位转盘,设计了一种低成本、高效益的底座与开关自动装配机械结构,并利用PLC和触摸屏搭建工业网络硬件结构.根据船型开关装配工艺流程及控制要求设计了船型开关控制系统流程算法,实现了船型开关的自动上料与组装、质量检测、次品及合格品自动分选下料的流程.人机交互式的触摸屏设计完成对装配过程的在线检测与管理,该控制系统已在相关生产企业中得到应用,产品一致性较好,经济效益明显.
Design and Implementation of Automatic Assembly Control System for Rotary Ship Type Switch
In response to the low efficiency of the traditional manual assembly mode for a certain ship type switch and the de-pendence of product quality on personal experience,this study investigated the shape structure and assembly characteristics of the ship type switch.Based on the multi station turntable of the splitter,a low-cost and efficient mechanical structure for automatic assembly of the base and switch was designed,and an industrial network hardware structure was constructed using PLC and touch screen.According to the assembly process and control requirements of ship type switches,a control system algorithm for ship type switches was designed,which realized the automatic loading and assembly of ship type switches,quality inspection,and automatic sorting and cutting of defective and qualified products.The human-machine interactive touch screen design realizes online detec-tion and management of the assembly process.This control system is applied in relevant production enterprises,with good product consistency and significant economic benefits.
