中文摘要：目的评价经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗前列腺增生症（BPH）的疗效。方法采用德国STORZ电切镜施行经尿道前列腺电切术治疗BPH 2 530例。结果 2 286例获得1年以上随访,最大尿流率由术前6.9±1.2 mL/s上升到术后14.0±2.2 mL/s,残余尿量由术前145.6±33.2 mL下降至28.6±14.2 mL,手术前后有显著差异。术后并发症：暂时性尿失禁196例;肾盂肾炎31例;附睾炎21例;继发性出血32例;会阴水肿5例;残留前列腺组织28例;尿路感染23例;切穿前列腺包膜11例,
