摘要
目的通过对临床病例的分析,探讨金属烤瓷冠修复对牙周组织的影响。方法选择全冠修复后因牙周肿胀不适就诊的61例患者共90颗患牙作为观察对象,检查牙周组织健康状况并进行临床评价。结果出现龈缘红肿的占37%,牙龈萎缩的占24%,邻间隙黑洞的占16%,牙石附着占23%,其中两种以上损伤占18%。结论金属烤瓷修复体的种类、形态、颈缘位置及密合度、光滑度和口腔卫生习惯均对牙周组织具有明显的影响。
