脑卒中病人的心理分析和护理
Psychological Analysis and Care of Patients with Stroke
摘要
目的探讨心理护理对脑卒中患者的作用。方法将352例脑卒中患者在常规治疗基础上给以心理干预30 d后进行疗效评测,包括神经功能、运动功能、ADL及脑卒中后抑郁状态评定。结果经极积的干预,患者在各项指标上均有明显改善。结论心理干预能显著提高脑卒中患者的治愈率,降低至残率。
