小儿急性肠套叠的诊断与治疗
Diagnosis and Treatment of Children＇s Acute Intussusception
摘要
目的探讨小儿肠套叠的诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析2005-2010年大同市第一人发医院收治的86例小儿急性肠套叠的诊断与治疗资料。结果空气灌肠复位成功75例,余均手术治疗。手术治疗11例中,4例行肠切除肠吻合术,1例肠切除肠吻合术后肠瘘放弃治疗,1例术后证实为阑尾粪石伴穿孔并包裹。结论早期诊断与治疗是小儿急性肠套叠空气灌肠复位成功的关键。彩超检查诊断肠套叠是简单而有价值的方法之一。
