大学生自我和谐与烦恼的关系研究
A Study on the Relationship between Self-Consistency and Congruence and Worry of Medical Students in University
摘要
目的讨论山西大同大学医学院学生自我和谐状况及其与烦恼心理的关系,以提高其身心健康水平。方法对189名医学院学生用随机抽样的方法,运用自我和谐量表和烦恼心理问卷进行测量。结果①女生在＂灵活性＂上显著高于男生;②美容专业在＂刻板性＂和＂自我和谐总分＂上高于心理专业;③＂自我与经验的不和谐＂、＂刻板性＂、＂自我和谐总分＂均存在年级差异,而＂灵活性＂上不存在年级差异;④烦恼各因子与自我和谐相关显著,进入自我和谐回归方程模型的烦恼因子有：经济压力、缺乏自信和人际关系。结论性别对＂灵活性＂有影响;专业对＂刻板性＂和＂
