中文摘要：目的评价复方制剂安博诺治疗中青年原发性高血压的效果及其对代谢的影响。方法未经药物治疗的中青年原发性高血压患者64例,每日服用安博诺（厄贝沙坦150 mg双氢克尿噻12.5 mg）1片,共4周,监测服药前后24 h动态血压和生化指标。结果服药后总有效率90.2%;治疗后24 h,白昼和夜间平均收缩压和舒张压与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义,治疗前后生化指标无明显改变,未观察到严重不良反应。结论安博诺治疗中青年高血压有效,不良反应少。
