胫腓骨骨折GustilonⅢ型损伤的早期治疗
Early-stage Treatment of Gustilon Ⅲ Fracture of the Tibia and Fibula
摘要
目的探讨胫腓骨骨折GustilonⅢ型损伤早期应用外固定架结合植骨及封闭创伤负压引流装置治疗的临床疗效。方法对200801-201001期间收治的36例胫腓骨骨折GustilonⅢ型损伤患者,早期彻底清创,骨折外固定架固定,结合植骨及封闭创伤负压引流装置覆盖创面持续负压吸引7-10 d,创面无感染肉芽新鲜后再行游离植皮及筋膜皮瓣或筋膜肌皮瓣转移。结果 36例患者创面全部愈合,无创面感染、骨坏死,骨外露及骨髓炎发生。结论胫腓骨骨折GustilonⅢ型损伤早期应用外固定架结合植骨及封闭创伤负压引流装置覆盖创面
