Predicament of Community Correction in Grassroots Judicial Offices and Its Countermeasures:Taking Community Correction Objects of Q Justice Insti-tute in S District,K City,Yunnan Province as Investigation Samples
The judicial institute is the most basic institutional unit engaged in community correction work,which can best reflect the actual situation of community correction objects in community correction work.The investigation of a judicial office shows that middle-aged and young men account for the majority of the objects of community correction,and the objects of community correction are generally at the bottom of society before committing crimes,and the crimes they commit are all minor crimes,so the vast majority of them are sus-pended.A small number of community correction objects do not obey the management,their correction perfor-mance is mainly due to their subjective internal epistemological factors and volitional factors,of course,it is also related to the objective external aspects of the court,procuratorate,community correction problems.In view of the reasons for the disobedience of community correction objects,it is necessary to improve the staff's ability to perform their duties and strengthen the education of community correction objects to confess,repent and change their crimes as routine countermeasures.To improve the specific supervision and management sys-tem of community correction,a mechanism for minor crimes should be established and special countermea-sures for special community correction objects in Community Correction Law should be added to help the de-velopment of community correction work.
