人工智能时代的教师困境、成因与对策

近年来智能技术在教育格局中的地位日益重要,随之而来的是传统教育模式下教师角色的转变.智能技术在为教育进步助力的同时也使得教师陷入教学设计与教学内容低创新、教学工具低效果、教学过程低掌控的困境,这背后反映了信息时代的人机博弈.要想在博弈中实现"双赢",技术发展需尽量遵循以人为本的准则,人机互动要坚持"双向耦合",找到二者在教学活动中的最佳结合点,发挥各自优势,如此人机方能相辅相成,长足发展.
Menifestations,Causes and Countermeasures of Teachers'Dilemma in the Era of Artificial Intelligence
In recent years,intelligent technology has played an increasingly important role in education area,followed by a change in the role of teachers under the traditional education model.While intelligent technol-ogy is assisting human education,it also puts teachers in the predicament of low innovation in teaching design and content,low effectiveness of teaching tools,and low control over the teaching process.This reflects the human-machine game in the information age.In order to achieve a"win-win"situation in the game,on the one hand,technological development should follow the people-oriented principle as much as possible;on the other hand,the interactions between human and technology should adhere to the bilateral development,find the best combination point of the two in teaching activities,and give full play to their respective advantages.Only in this way can people achieve balance,complement each other and make progress together.
