Construction of Ecological After-school Service Curriculum in the Context of"Double Reduction"
The promotion of the"double-reduction"policy has given new connotation to after-school service,and the construction of ecological after-school service courses has become an intrinsic requirement for the im-provement of high-quality school curriculum system.However,the current after-school service courses show the problems of vague positioning of after-school service courses,insufficient holistic arrangement of courses,and poor feedback dynamics of courses.Schools constructing ecological after-school service courses should adhere to the five-education fusion view on the course objectives,clarify the nurturing effect of after-school service courses,integrate internal and external resources to design the course content,create a unified mode of after-school service courses,strengthen the whole process of supervision and evaluation of courses,and base on the multi-dimensional evaluation of after-school service courses.The new ecology of after-school service programs will be built systematically from the perspective of purpose,wholeness and dynamics,so as to jointly promote the virtuous cycle of the after-school service ecosystem.
