The collusion between capital and digital technology has spurred the production of digital labor,and in the logical operation chain of capital,the labor process gradually tends to become hidden and virtual,and labor is even more exploited by capital.With the movement and proliferation of capital,capital has taken free possession and extracted the surplus value of labor from various fields such as time control,emotional con-trol,data control and platform control,resulting in the multiple alienation of digital labor.To unravel the mys-teries under the logic of capital,workers must empower digital labor under the"reverse capital",control data capital through top-level design,restore digital technology to productivity,and deconstruct the illusion of capi-tal construction with data and algorithms as the center,promoting the transformation of capital logic towards a people-centered value logic.
