A Study on the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Career Initiation Edu-cation Policy in China
The changeability and uncertainty of individual career development highlight the value of career initiation education.At present,career initiation education has been gradually launched at the practical level under the advocacy and guidance of national policies.However,in terms of the effect,the implementation of the policy of career initiation education has resulted in problems such as unclear positioning,insufficient cur-riculum resources,imperfect practice forms,and inadequate teacher teams.From the analytical framework of the public policy implementation model,poor implementation of policy implementation subjects,fragmentation of policy implementation objects,the ambiguity of policy implementation system,poor communication of policy implementation resources,and unstable policy implementation environment are the main causes of these problems.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the construction of the policy implementation sys-tem,build a platform for resource sharing,and strengthen cultural promotion.
