As an extremely vulnerable group,families with multiple disabilities are more vulnerable than other families with a single disability.Based on the analysis of Walsh's multivariate hierarchical model,the vulnerability risks of individuals with disabilities in multi-disabled families are sorted out from the physical and mental limitations,chaotic family structure and lack of social capital,and then the protection system is constructed from the four levels of personal rational belief,family cohesion,community connection and disability-friendly society,which may provide reference for the development of social work services for multi-disabled families.
