Since the"ZTE incident",corporate criminal compliance has gradually entered China's legal vi-sion,for which judicial practice and legal theory have been widely piloted and fully researched,but there are still some disputes about the legitimacy of the system for the disposal of corporate crime,such as infringement of the principle of criminal law,inconsistency with the basic theory of unit crime and deviation from the con-cept of judicial justice.The corporate criminal compliance can help enterprises deny criminal intent,cut cor-porate criminal liability and repair the legal benefits of corporate crime when enterprises face judicial review and prosecution.At the same time,corporate criminal compliance is in line with the purpose of preventing unit crimes and the requirements of the criminal policy of leniency and severity.
