摘要
以我国72个创新型城市为样本,采用fsQCA的方法,探讨政务环境、公共服务、人力资源、市场环境、创新环境和金融服务六个营商环境生态系统要素对区域创新能力的协同影响机制发现:单个营商环境生态系统要素并不构成产生高、非高区域创新能力的必要条件;产生高区域创新能力的组态有4个,且每一个组态均是由多种不同因素共同构成;产生非高区域创新能力的组态有5个,并且与产生高区域创新能力的组态是非对称关系.
Abstract
Taking 72 innovative cities in China as research samples,using the method of fsQCA,the synergis-tic impact mechanism of six business environment ecosystem elements on regional innovation capability,namely,government environment,public services,human resources,market environment,innovation environ-ment and financial services,were discussed.The results show that:a single business environment ecosystem element does not constitute a necessary condition for producing high and non high regional innovation capabil-ity;there are four configurations that produce high regional innovation capability,and each configuration is composed of a variety of different factors;there are five configurations that generate non high regional innova-tion capability,and the relationship between them and the configuration that generates high regional innova-tion capability is asymmetric.
