Taking the regional logistics subject of the new western land and sea channel from 2012 to 2020 as the research object,an efficiency evaluation index system of innovative knowledge-spilling on the develop-ment of logistics industry was built,the fitting relationship model of provincial level input and output indica-tors was explored,and DEA-BCC model was used to analyze its time-space spillover relationship.The results show that the spillover of innovative knowledge is strongly related to the efficiency of logistics industry;the im-pact of innovative knowledge-spilling efficiency on the development of provincial logistics industry is volatile,but the time sequence efficiency is consistent;the difference of average comprehensive benefit value among the seven provinces is small,but the gap of relaxation variables among decision-making units is large;accord-ing to the average comprehensive benefit value,the ranking is Yunnan＞Qinghai＞Chongqing＞Guangxi＞Si-chuan＞Gansu＞Guizhou;the average output insufficiency rate of the seven province is slightly lower than the input redundancy rate,and the spillover effect of the number of scientific papers in the input index shows a comparative advantage.
