The management and control of the deviant behavior of the community correction objects is"to rule over crimes that do not occur"or"to rule over crimes that have not occured"of the community correction ob-jects,which goes throughout the community correction work.The deviant behavior mainly has manifestation as the subjective intention type,the luck type,the accidental type,the personality abnormal type,the evil religion and the pyramid selling type,the disease type and so on.Therefore,it is important for the management and control of the deviant behavior of the community correction object to establish the people-oriented manage-ment and control idea,and fully understand the characteristics of the deviant behavior,such as the goal,the situation,the difference and so on,to establish an integrated external control mechanism directed by laws and regulations and community correction rules and centered on"four-society interaction",to give full play to so-cial support and control effectiveness,to construct an endogenous control mechanism centered on self-condemnation mechanism,self-regulation mechanism and psychological resilience.
