摘要
教育"内卷化"可以理解为学习上的过度竞争或无效竞争,低效与内耗.教育"内卷化"现象的出现实质上是受社会现实需求的影响致使教育本质的物化,表现为对"物质财富"的过度竞争以及由此产生的治理体系复杂化和教育效率低下.面对教育"内卷化"现象,教育事业各主体须从主观与客观两个层面着手,通过促进教育资源分配的公平正义和转变传统的教育观念或能缓解教育"内卷化"现象.
Abstract
The"involution"of education can be understood as"excessive competition"or"ineffective compe-tition"in learning,inefficiency and internal depletion.The emergence of the phenomenon of"involution"of education is essentially the materialization of the nature of education under the influence of the real needs of society,which is manifested in the excessive competition for"material wealth"and the resulting complexity of the governance system and inefficiency of education.In the face of the phenomenon of educational"involu-tion",the main bodies of the educational enterprise must start from both the subjective and objective levels,by promoting fairness and justice in the distribution of educational resources and changing the traditional con-cepts of education in order to alleviate the phenomenon of educational"involution".
