The construction of teachers'morality is the core of talents cultivation,an important guarantee for cultivating high-quality talents with both ethics and talents,and an inevitable requirement for the connotative development of universities.However,the vicious incidents of teachers'morality and style occur frequently in universities,the crisis cases reflect the systemic dilemma:the relationship between tutors and students is vague or even alienated.The system of tutor-responsible strengthens tutors'status as the first responsible per-son,which brings not only unlimited responsibility but also unlimited power,providing a possibility for"ex-ploitation".Moreover,in the"capitalized"educational environment and diploma society,the low cost of tu-tors'violating the rules of potential benefits exchange and intense demand for students to get diplomas,also make the emergence of academic oppression possible.In the"knowledge-power"discourse system,tutors are already in a strong position.Yet the lack of supervision of knowledge power and professional morality has be-come an important factor in the misconduct of teachers in universities.Therefore,the construction of teachers'morality in universities should return to"the way of loyalty and forgiveness",to build a system to clarify the boundaries of tutors'responsibility,to establish the evaluation and supervision mechanism to enhance the transparency of teacher morality,and increase the cost of teacher ethics anomie,so that the relationship be-tween tutors and students in universities could be clean and healthy.
