改进N-K模型分析装配式建筑多阶段质量风险耦合

为探究装配式建筑多阶段质量风险因素间的耦合机制,促进装配式建筑质量的提升,采用改进的N-K模型计算耦合风险的大小.在归纳总结样本文献基础上构建多阶段多层次的风险指标体系,依次采用主观赋权的AHP法、客观赋权的惩罚-激励型变权综合评估法及拉格朗日乘子组合赋权法计算指标权重,并以权重代替概率方式对传统耦合模型进行改进,将203篇有关装配式建筑质量风险样本文献统计数据进行耦合风险值的计算,结果表明:风险耦合值的大小与参与耦合的风险因素个数成正相关;客观因素和主观因素结合后风险耦合值更大,更容易导致安全事故的发生;风险具有阶段间叠加传导的性质.
Analysis of Multi-stage Quality Risk Coupling of Prefabricated Buildings Based on Improved N-K Model
In order to explore the coupling mechanism of multi-stage quality risk factors of prefabricated buildings and promote the improvement of prefabricated building quality,an improved N-K model was used to calculate the magnitude of coupling risk.Firstly,a multi-stage and multi-level risk index system was constructed by literature analysis.Then,the subjective weighted AHP method,the objective weighted penalty-incentive variable weight comprehensive evaluation method and the Lagrange mul-tiplier combination weighting method were used to calculate the index weights,and the traditional coupling model was improved by using the weighted method instead of the probability method.Finally,the coupling risk value was calculated by using the statis-tical data of 203 literature samples related to the quality risk of prefabricated buildings.The results show that:the risk coupling value is positively correlated with the number of risk factors involved in coupling;the combination of objective and subjective fac-tors makes the risk coupling value larger,which is more likely to lead to safety accidents;risk has the nature of superposition con-duction between stages.
