Comparative Analysis of Culturable Endophytic Bacteria Communities in Leaves of 4 Early Tea Plant Varieties Planted in Yibin City
In order to compare and analyze the culturable endophytic bacteria communities in leaves of different early tea plant varieties, the endophytic bacteria from the leaves of 4 representative early tea plant varieties planted in Yibin were isolated, and all these strains were identified by the 16S rDNA analysis. The results show that a total of 336 strains of endophytic bacteria are ob-tained in 4 early tea leaves, which are classified into 18 genera and 23 species. The number and diversity of endophytic bacteria vary among tea varieties,Huangyazao>Fudingdabai>Zhongcha 302>Zhongcha 108,and young leaves>old leaves.Microbac-terium and Xanthomonas are found in all early tea plant varieties, and they concentrate or only exist in young leaves of various vari-eties,and Microbacterium is the dominant genus. The old and(or)young tea leaves also have their own dominant bacteria genus Curtobacterium or specific strains B.pumilus,F.phosphorivorans and so on.There are obvious similarities in the composition of endo-phytic bacteria in different varieties of early tea plant, but there is also a variety specificity or tissue specificity. These endophytic bacteria and their distribution in leaves of early tea plant in Yibin may contribute to the high tea yield and quality, and the differ-ent quality characteristics of various varieties.
