Analysis of Intestinal Bacterial Diversity and Screening of Functional Strains of Chalcolema cribrata Chen from Camphora longepaniculata(Gamble)Y.Yang,Bing Liu & Zhi Yang
To analyze the community structure and functional characteristics of endophytic bacteria of Chalcolema cribrata Chen, the diversity and community structure of endophytic bacteria in Chalcolema cribrata Chen were investigated and analyzed using high-throughput sequencing and pure culture, and the functional bacteria were screened through selection of culture medium. The results of Illumina MiSeq sequencing show that intestinal bacterials of the Chalcolema cribrata Chen belong to 15 phyla,24 classes,56 orders,97 families and 140 genera;through Clusters of Orthologous Groups functional classification statistics,it is found that the relative abundance of bacterial communities involved in"carbohydrate transport and metabolism"and"amino acid transport and metabolism"functions in the intestine of Chalcolema cribrata Chen is relatively high. The results of pure culture show that 37 strains of bacteria isolated from the intestinal tract of Chalcolema cribrata Chen belong to 4 phyla,4 classes,4 orders,4 fami-lies and 9 genera.23 protease producing strains,6 esterase producing strains and 3 lipase producing strains aere screened by func-tional selection medium. This indicates that intestine of Chalcolema cribrata Chen is diverse and functional.
