摘要
人性尊严通常以人的理性或动物性为内在根据.从动物性出发,纳斯鲍姆发展出一种能力进路的尊严观,即在理论层面,人的自然性、目的性、社会性构成促进尊严的内在根据;在实践层面,十项核心能力清单成为人们实现尊严生活的现实路径.然而,该理论的直觉主义、完善论倾向尚存在尊严和能力概念的内在冲突、政治自由主义与完善论的矛盾的问题,需进一步完善.能力进路的尊严观以保护人的自由领域为核心,关注现实的选择和机会,这对于个体发展、社会公正的完善具有普遍性的价值.
Abstract
Human dignity is usually based on human rationality or animal nature.According to the latter,Nussbaum developed a dignity view of capabilities approach,that is,in theory,human nature,purpose and so-ciality constitute the internal basis for promoting dignity.At the practical level,the list of ten core competen-cies has become a realistic path for people to achieve a dignified life.However,the intuitionism and perfection-ism of this theory still have some problems,such as the internal conflict between dignity and ability,the contra-diction between political liberalism and perfectionism,which need to be further perfected.The dignity view of capabilities approach takes the protection of human freedom field as the core,and pays attention to the realis-tic choices and opportunities,which has universal value for the construction of individual development space and the perfection of social justice.
