摘要
依据生物生态学理论,采用相对剥夺感问卷、成就动机量表、核心自我评价量表和希望量表对326名贫困大学生进行研究,探讨相对剥夺感对贫困大学生成就动机的影响及其作用机制.结果显示:(1)相对剥夺感、核心自我评价、希望和成就动机四个变量之间两两呈显著相关,并且相对剥夺感可以显著负向预测贫困大学生成就动机;(2)核心自我评价和希望在相对剥夺感与贫困大学生成就动机之间起显著的中介作用.相对剥夺感不仅直接影响贫困大学生成就动机,也通过核心自我评价和希望的链式中介作用影响贫困大学生成就动机.
Abstract
According to the theory of biological ecology,the relative deprivation questionnaire,the achieve-ment motivation scale,the core self-evaluation scale and the hope scale were used to study 326 impoverished college students to explore the influence of relative deprivation on the achievement motivation of impoverished college students and its mechanism.The results show:(1)there is a significant correlation among the four vari-ables of relative deprivation,core self-evaluation,hope and achievement motivation,and relative deprivation can significantly and negatively predict achievement motivation of poor college students;(2)core self-evaluation and hope play a significant mediating role between relative deprivation and achievement motivation of impoverished college students.Relative deprivation can not only directly affect the achievement motivation of impoverished college students,but also influence their achievement motivation through the chain mediation of core self-evaluation and hope.
