Analysis of Operation Efficiency and Influencing Factors of Agricultural Insur-ance in Shandong Province:Based on DEA and Tobit Models
DEA-BCC model and Tobit model were used to study the operational efficiency and influencing factors of agricultural insurance in Shandong Province.The results show that the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural insurance in Shandong Province is generally good,the pure technical benefits of agricultural insur-ance have reached the optimal state,the scope of application of inclusive agricultural insurance insurance li-ability and insurance subject matter is continuously expanded,and the income of farmers is increased in a stepwise manner,which is conducive to the realization of the grand goal of rural revitalization.Excessive in-crease in the amount of risk insurance will increase the dependence of agricultural production on agricultural insurance,and the disaster area of farmland is negatively correlated with the efficiency of agricultural insur-ance.
