摘要

人工智能赋能下的未来课堂呈现出以技术为主导的样态,教师由于诸多工作被人工智能替代而处境尴尬.人工智能虽冲击了教师的工作方式甚至存在,却无法取代教师,教学内容仍需教师的监督、筛选与补充,教学安排仍需教师的组织与重构,情感培育仍需教师的参与,人工智能在知识输出、教学设计、情感交流层面存在不足,只能作为协助教学的工具而存在.教师在未来课堂教学中仍占据主导地位,从显性主导转向隐性主导、外生式主导转向内生式主导、知识型主导转向素养型主导.

Abstract

The future classroom seems to have become the product of technology,and teachers are in an awk-ward position to be replaced by AI.Although AI has impacted the way teachers work and even exist,it cannot replace the teachers-dominant role in future classroom.Because of the shortcomings of AI in knowledge out-put,teaching design and emotional communication,it can only exist as a tool to assist teaching.Teaching con-tent needs teachers'supervision,screening and supplement,teaching arrangement needs teachers'organiza-tion and reconstruction,and emotional cultivation needs teachers'participation.The dominant position of teachers has not been shaken,but the way of development is to change along with the trend:teachers should shift from explicit dominance to recessive dominance,from exogenous dominance to endogenous dominance,from knowledge dominance to literacy dominance.
