Tang Junyi put forward his own philosophical thinking in the review and reflection on the main value theories of Chinese and Western philosophy.His understanding of value is based on the subjective expe-rience as a whole.He pointed out that the acquisition of the concept of value can only be"Tizhi"(internal awareness)in essence;value can be divided from three dimensions:form,content,and the interdependence and exclusion between various values.Among various values,the value of"benevolence"is the foundation,while the rests are the"end".The principle of human value selection is roughly divided into seven principles:qualitative principle,quantitative principle,its own value is higher than its tool value,etc.In the process of value selection,people should eventually rise from selection itself to a state beyond the selection.
