网约车社会交换的生成逻辑、建构过程与风险后果

网约车作为共享经济时代人际互动的新产物,其实质是以网约车司机、消费者以及网约车数字平台三方彼此的社会交换所构成的关系共同体.从布劳的社会交换理论来看,网约车的社会交换经历了"吸引(利益获取与需求满足)——竞争(报酬能力的差异配置)——分化(权力分层与地位差别)——整合(权威构成与共同价值)"的过程.但随着社会交换过程的持续演进,网约车的互动交往逐渐衍生出关系性风险、运作性风险和规制性风险,具体通过网约车互动中的冲突加剧、网约车运行发展的内卷化以及网约车制度规范的失序化呈现.
Generative Logic,Construction Process,and Risk Consequences of Social Ex-change in Online Ride-hailing
As a new product of human interaction in the era of shared economy,online ride-hailing is essen-tially a relationship community formed by the social exchange among online ride-hailing drivers,consumers and digital platforms.According to Blau's theory of social exchange,online ride-hailing has undergone an in-ternal process of"attraction(benefit acquisition and demand satisfaction)-competition(differential compen-sation allocation)-differentiation(power hierarchy and status difference)-integration(authority formation and shared values)".However,as the social exchange process continues to evolve,the interactions in online ride-hailing gradually give rise to uncertain consequences characterized by relationship-based risks,opera-tional risks and regulatory risks,which are specifically manifested through the intensification of conflicts in on-line ride-hailing interactions,the internalization of online ride-hailing operations and the disorder of institu-tional norms.
