At present,the fundraising path of China s social organizations has not effectively got rid of the di-lemma of path dependence.Social organizations represented by social work institutions have obtained the"le-gitimacy"permission embedded in the community through government purchase of service projects under the background of government procurement of services,and created a"reciprocal hematopoietic"model in col-laboration with commercial institutions,ensuring the effectiveness of government procurement of services.The"reciprocal hematopoietic"model has reference significance for the development of social organizations,but it is also necessary to clarify how to innovate service projects in community power relations,and how to maintain sustainable synergies with commercial structures.
