The emergence of NFT digital works has provided a new way for the dissemination of works in the network field,and has played a certain role in promoting the development of China's digital economy.The le-gal attributes of NFT digital work transactions have not been clarified in the"NFT first case",and in theory,there are still academic disputes on whether the distribution right and the principle of exhaustion of rights are applicable to the transactions of NFT digital works.The main reason for this is that NFT digital works lack the"tangible carrier of works",which is the constituent element for the application of the right of distribution and the principle of exhaustion of rights,and are subject to the restriction that the right of distribution is not appli-cable to the dissemination of works in cyberspace.By analyzing the technical principle of transaction and spe-cial value of NFT digital works,it is believed that it is feasible to break through the restriction of"tangible car-rier"and apply the principle of distribution right and exhaustion of rights.As for the problem that the right of distribution is not applicable to cyberspace,a corresponding solution should be proposed based on the special transaction process,transaction platform and transaction method of NFT digital works.
