The relationship between the government and the media has always been a problem that needs to be properly addressed in the operation of human society.The establishment of a digital government through self mediatization by the Chinese government has led to a structural change in the relationship between the government and the media:from the"initial subordination under the paradigm of throat theory",to the"con-tract relationship under subordination"evolving with the development of market economy.Now,with the es-tablishment of digital government,the government has not only gradually established networked self communi-cation channels in the cyberspace,but also through the power of professional media,government communica-tion has become more scientific and professional.The relationship between the government and professional media has gradually evolved into a"mutual nested relationship".
