四川省不同种源樟树表型性状多样性分析

为了解四川省不同种源樟树叶片、果实和种子的表型特征和多样性,以四川省6个不同种源地的樟树为试验材料,对其叶片、果实和种子的表型性状指标进行测定,通过相关性分析、聚类分析及冗余分析研究其表型变异.结果表明:四川省不同种源樟树叶片表型性状变异较大,其变异系数范围为17.82%~44.27%,均值为24.89%,其中叶面积的变异系数(44.27%)最大;果实和种子表型性状的变异系数范围在5.87%~38.22%,均值为11.30%;相对于叶片而言,樟树果实和种子的表型性状相对更为稳定,受到环境影响小.相关分析显示,樟树的叶片、果实、种子各性状之间存在显著相关,3种类型表型性状间的相关性不显著.聚类分析显示,在欧氏距离为4时将6个种源聚为2类,第1类种源有仪陇县、翠屏区、安岳县、叙州区;第2类种源有南部县、射洪县.樟树叶面积、叶周长、叶长、叶宽、叶缘因子、叶形指数呈现以经度和纬度变化为主的地理变异模式,说明樟树叶片表型性状与经纬度有较高的契合性.
Phenotypic Characteristic Diversity of Different Cinnamomum camphora in Sichuan Province
In order to understand the phenotypic characteristics and diversity of C.camphora leaves,fruits and seeds of different provenance in Sichuan province,the leaves,fruits and seeds of six different provenance camphor trees were used as test materials to study the phenotypic variation by correlation,clustering and redundancy analysis.The results show that the variation coefficient of leaf phenotypic of different provenance C.camphora in Sichuan province rangs from 17.82%to 44.27%,with a mean value of 24.89%,among which the variation coefficient of leaf area is the highest(44.27%);the variation coefficient of fruit and seeds rangs from 5.87%to 38.22%,with a mean value of 11.30%.Compared with the leaves,the variation coefficient of C.camphora fruit and seeds are relatively more stable and less affected by the environment.Correlation analysis shows a significant correlation between the respective phenotypic characters,including leaves,fruits and seeds in Sichuan province,however,the correlation between the phenotypic characters of these three types is relatively insignificant.The cluster analysis shows that 6 provenances are grouped into two categories when the Euclidean distance is 4.The first provenance includes Yilong county,Cuiping district,Anyue county and Xuzhou district,and the second provenance includes Nanbu county and Shehong county.Rich phenotypic traits in C.camphora leaf,including leaf area,leaf perimeter,leaf length,leaf width,leaf margin factor and leaf shape index show a geographic variation pat-tern dominated by longitude and latitude,indicating that the phenotypic traits of camphor leaf have a high fit with longitude and latitude.
