For the time optimal control problem with linear ordinary differential equations,a new numerical algorithm for solving time optimal control problem was proposed by using the equivalence of time optimal control problem and norm optimal control prob-lem.The derivative free optimization algorithm was used to deal with the non-smooth structure of the objective function of the norm optimal control problem.The numerical experimental results show the effectiveness of the algorithm.
