Objective: To investigate the clinical value and feasibility oflaparoscopic hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods: from 2012 June to 2014 May in our hospital 100 cases of patients withuterine leiomyoma were analyzed, as the research ob-ject, the laparoscopichysterectomy in 60 cases, and received laparotomy myomectomy in 40 cases. In the study were compared between the two groups in operationtime, complications, bleeding volume, postoperative analgesia drug userate, exhaust time, hospitalization time and the degree of recovery etc..Results: the average operation time of laparoscopic group was higher than that of the open group; the laparoscopic group of patients withpostoperative bleeding, postoperative analgesia drug use rate, pain in the waist and abdomen rate, postoperative exhaust ambulation, recovery of body temperature and the length of hospital stay was less than laparotomy group. The two groups were statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: the use of laparoscopic hysterectomy operation in the treatment of uterine fibroids is an effective clinical treatment, worthy ofpromotion and application.
